The hostel "Villa Severi", at Arezzo, is situated in a peaceful area plenty of parks and gardens, surrounded by vast open spaces and equipped with a wide car parks, so that it represents an ideal place - relaxing and confortable - both for those who are passing through Arezzo, and for people who decide to stay in this city for a certain period, in order to know its historical, artistical and cultural beauties. The aristocratic building wich Houses the hostel dates back to the end of the 16th Century - beginning of the 17th; formerly residence of the famous mathematician Francesco Severi (1879 - 1961), the building was recently restored (1989). |

The hostel is composed of three floors; its bed-space is of 68 units, placed in 14 rooms modernly furnished and provided with several bathrooms outside (with showers and hot water). Other utilities available are the following: Kithcen, dining rooms, where, conferences, stages and training courses can be held as well. |

The hostel "Villa Severi" by car is roughly 15 minutes away from "Arezzo exit" of the motorway n.1 (Autostrada del sole), while by bus the town line n.4 reaches via F. Redi in a few minutes (bus stop piazza Guido Monaco, near to the Railway Station).
