L'agriturismo Trinità - Sulle pendici dell´Etna, a 450 metri sul livello del mare in uno dei paesi etnei di grande fascino per le sue chiese seicentesche, a poca distanza dall'antico centro storico, introdotta da un mandarineto si trova L'Azienda Agricola Trinita', gestita da Salvatore Bonajuto - Agronomo Paesaggista - che offre ospitalita´ tutto l'anno nei fabbricati rurali recentemente ristrutturati e ben attrezzati.

Trinità - Lying on the slopes of Etna at 450 metres above sea level and close to the historic centre of Mascalucia, a town of great fascination for its 17th century churches, Trinità Farm is approached through a mandarin grove. The farm, run by Salvatore Bonajuto, landscape gardener, is open all year round with guest accommodation in recently restructured and well furnished rustic buildings.

I primi fabbricati dell'Agriturismo risalgono al 1609 e comprendono, oltre alle case padronali, la stalla, il palmento, la cantina nonché una grande cisterna che raccoglie l'acqua piovana dei tetti, ancora con le antiche tubazioni in terracotta.

Dating from 1609, the older buildings include the family house, the stales, the palmento, the wine vault and a great cistern which collects rain water from the roofs and still has the original pottery pipes.

Il complesso è immerso in un parco botanico di oltre 3 Ha con piante mediterranee ed esotiche che crescono fra le antiche lave.
Si Organizzano - anche su richiesta - brevi corsi intensivi di botanica con visite alle Ville private di particolare pregio ed escursioni.
Ospitalità invernale per gli appasionati di sci sull´Etna: Impianti di Nicolosi a Km 25, Impianti di Linguaglossa a Km 40, Piste di fondo a Km 30.
Escursioni dalla primavera all'autunno sulvulcano. Si raggiungono facilmente la Riviera dei Ciclopi (km 18) e di Taormina.
Nel paese stesso, a meno di 1 Km dall'Azienda, tennis, equitazione, calcetto. In Azienda si possono raccogliere agrumi, pere, fichidindia, caki, noci, castagne.
Si vendono vino, miele, olio d'oliva e mandarini biologici.
A Mascalucia, la seconda domenica del mese c´è il mercato Dall'Antiquariato che richiama estimatori da tutta Italia.
Visite del giardino e degustazione di prodotti tipici siciliani per comitive.

The buildings are surrounded by almosyt 3 hectaresof botanical garden with Mediterranean and exoticplants growing among the ancient lava flows. On request, we organise short botany courses with excursions and visits to private estates of particular merit. Ideally situated for visitors keen on skiing on Etna, there are ski lifts above Nicolosi (25 Km)and Linguaglossa (40 Km)and cross-country skiing at 30 Km.
From spring to autumn, you can make expeditions up the vulcano, or visit the nearby Cyclops coast (18 Km) or Taormina.
At less than 1 Km from the farm, tennis horse riding and football are available in the town and an antiques fair attracting collectors from all over Italy is held on the second Sunday of every month. Guests are free to pick the citrus fruit, pears, prickly pears, persimmons, walnuts and chestnuts which grow on the farm. We sell wine, honey and olive oil and biological citrus fruits. Visit of the garden and meals with tipical sicilian receiples for groups.
